Qui sommes nous ?

Trainer Code of Conduct

Qualilab has integrated into its quality management system good training practices set out in a Trainer Code of Conduct:

OUR VALUES

  • Listening: a conditio sine qua non for meeting our clients’ needs. We are aware of the importance of accurately analyzing client needs and providing an optimal response to their expectations.
  • Pragmatism: our various field experiences lead us to propose the “right” solution. In the context of training, this translates into presenting concrete case studies, organizing exercises, and setting up role-playing activities inspired by our client experience.
  • Responsiveness: it is part of our DNA. We adapt to the technical and organizational constraints of our clients. The majority of our tailor-made training programs are developed with our clients.
  • Foresight: always alert to changes and new requirements, we are proactive. We take into account our feedback and normative and regulatory developments to update our training.

OUR TRAINING

  • Dynamic: I set the pace – I do not read my notes – I pay attention to the tone of my voice – I illustrate my points with examples, metaphors, and anecdotes – I maintain attention by asking participants questions.
  • Well-paced: I allow pauses for understanding, note-taking, and questions.
  • Structured: I adopt a structured approach – I pay attention to transitions – I emphasize the key points.
  • Clear – Concise – Precise: I choose my vocabulary carefully – I speak simply – I use short sentences – I avoid filler words.
  • Concrete: I link the subject of the training to the participants’ activity and challenges – I organize exercises.
  • Adapted: I prepare for the training context before each session – I avoid assumptions – I pay attention to prerequisites – I adapt to the participants’ level.
  • Understood: in case of misunderstanding, I rephrase – I change my explanation – I demonstrate pedagogy by using concrete examples.
  • Participative: I encourage active participation through questions, brainstorming, debate, case studies, exercises, and reviewing the knowledge assessment questionnaire.
  • Human: I pay attention to the well-being of participants, particularly those with disabilities.

Our trainers commit to respecting this code of conduct.
