Seelva is a software dedicated to the validation of immunoassay methods such as ELISA, RIA... The various available calibration models (4PL, 5PL, quadratic, Log-Log, power, weighted or not) enables you to easily find the more suitable response function (results are ranked according to the quality of obtained accuracy profiles).

Seelva meets AAPS, ICH, FDA, Washington conference and ISO requirements in Validation of Analytical methods. It implements the more recent scientific concepts such as accuracy profile based on the Total Error approach, risk management (you know how your method will behave in routine), uncertainty of measurements.
